My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony offering sea views, but it didn't feel like a 5-star junior suite and had some malfunctions like an overflowing shower and stained carpet. The staff was friendly, but there were some instances of questionable practices. The location was good but a bit away from the city center, and the dining options were not up to 5-star standards. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers modern, comfortable rooms with a sea view, albeit they could be cleaner. The service was marred by lapses in professionalism, but attempts were made to rectify with a gift. The location provides a serene setting near the Caspian Sea, away from city noise but a fair distance from the city itself. The dining experience fell short of expectations with overpricing and mismatch with advertised offerings.
